Actually the only way to make it run is choke it... so it's not getting enough fuel. Stopped by a shop on the Saturday but they weren't able to look at it until Tuesday so we decided to keep trucking after doing a quick suggestion by the mechanic... he's pretty sure the carburetor needs a good cleaning which after some research I agree with. I also contacted good old Mechanic Dan Clayholt back in Calgary who gave me some troubleshooting tips that lead us to similar conclusions. I bought some carb/fuel injector additive for our gasoline in the mean time and am waiting to burn down the current tank before adding it.
Unfortunately the "Mechanic-y Dwarf" is lost in the woods somewhere... doh!
Are you sure there isn't blue under that white paint???
